Yesterday we hiked to the top of Machu Picchu (Joe hiked up twice, but that is a story for another day).
It was so beautiful and impressive and I will try to send a few pictures with this post.
The altitude bothered us more in Cusco than here. It a difference of 3000 feet from Cusco down to Machu Picchu.
Today is shopping and relaxing and then a train ride back through the massive canyon to Cusco.
